Que.1: Will i get online tracking number for my order?

Ans.1: Yes - the moment your package is shipped out - you will receive Air Way Bill Number (or the Tracking number) that you can trak online. We Always Send out the packages through FEDEX, UPS or DHL.


Que.2: To which countries do you ship?

Ans.2: We ship Worldwide. We ship via UPS/FEDEX/DHL and we will email you the online tracking number. 


Que.3: How do I pay you for my order?

Ans.3 : Please see our Payment Option section to know more about the varous methods by which you can pay us.


Que.4: DO you accepts returns?

Ans.4: Returns are accepted BUT only in the following conditions:

a. The item is significantly different to what you ordered.

b. The item arrived is damaged.

(Please be very careful when accepting the package - in case the package is torn, damaged, soiled or wet - please do not accept the package and raise your concern with the shipping company and also do let us know of.)

We do not accept returns for any other reason whatsoever.


Que. 5: I need to buy multiple items - will i get any discount?

Ans.5: Please email us with the list of items you want to buy - we will give you discount on the item cost as well as we will give you Combined shipping discount also, email us at support@partyandweddingdresses.com 


Que.6: DO you sell at wholesale rates?

Ans. 6: YES we do sell at wholesale rates also - the Minimum order value to be eligible for wholesale rates if $ 2500 USD. Payment wil ONLY be through Bank Wire Transfer - we will NOT accept payment through PayPal or Credit card in case of wholesale order.


Que. 7: Will i be charged taxes or Custom Duty?

Ans.7: Custom Duty and Taxes may be charged on your package - and this depends upon the import rules of your state/country. We have not included any such charges on our site as we are not awars of the exact values of such charges. It will be YOUR Duty to pay the taxes and / or Custom Duty. The courier company will collect such chanrges form you agaisnst proper document submitted / given to you.


Que. 8: Can you mark the package as "Gift item"?

Ans.8: NO we can not mark the package as gift Items. Your package will contain the copy of the invoice amount that has been actually paid by you.
